we inform you that the European Federation of Sports Medicine Associations (EFSMA) as Treatment Controller, will use personal data you entered in the registration, information or request forms for EFSMA purposes.

 
1. Data categories

Data collected automatically

The current IT systems and software assigned to manage EFSMA website operations obtain certain data (whose transmission is implicit in the use of Web communication protocols) which are not associated with the direct identification of the user.
This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users who connect to the site, URI addresses (Uniform Resource Identifier) of requested resources, the time of the request, the method utilized to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in reply, the numerical code indicating the status of the response from the server (successful, error, etc..) and other parameters related to the operating system and the users.
These data are used solely for obtaining anonymous statistical information about the use of the Website, to make sure that it works properly and to improve the quality of the services offered, and will be retained for a period not greater than the necessary for the purposes for which data were collected or processed.
These data could be used by the Judicial Authorities for checking the liability in case of possible information crimes damaging the website or its users.

Data provided voluntarily by the User

The voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses listed on access points of this site do not require explicit consent.
Filling the forms on the website entail acquisition of the sender's address as well as of any additional personal data necessary to be able to reply product inquiries and/or to supply the requested service.
With regard to the use of the requested services (form), all specifications are given on the corresponding pages of this website.
The user shall give his explicit consent to the use of these data, collected through the forms, in order to be able to send his request.

  2. establishment and management of the associative relationship;

  4. pursuit of Controller legitimate interest;
  5. promotion of EFSMA initiatives and activities.

 
3. Modalities of the data processing

Personal data will be treated in compliance with the abovementioned law and the confidentiality obligations.
Access to data is permitted to EFSMA personnel for the abovementioned purposes, explicitly authorized for these activities and well trained.
Data shall be treated both electronically and on paper as well as through any other suitable media, with the appropriate security safeguards, for the time strictly necessary for the purposes mentioned above and related obligations.

 
4. Obligatory of consent

The provision of data for the purposes specified in point 1.1 is mandatory for implementation and management of the affiliation. A refusal will lead to the impossibility of establishing or continuing any relation with EFSMA.
For the purposes specified in point 2 (a,b,c,d), provision of data is mandatory and its partial, inexact or non-conferment provision could make it impossible to establish and manage the associative relationship, to fulfil legal obligations and to meet specific requests.
For the purposes specified in point 2 (e), provision of data is optional and the treatment is based on the consensus of the user, optional and revocable at any time.
It is understood that the withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

 
5. Communication and disclosure of personal data

Collected data shall be transmitted only in compliance with legal obligations and to meet specific requests of the users to third parties, which shall treat these data as external controllers or as independent data controller.

Your personal data will not be released.

8. Rights of the interested party

Pursuant of artt. 15 to 22 and of art. 34 of the GDPR, at any time, you will be able to exercise your rights against the Treatment Controller, to check all the data related to you, including how these have been acquired, their accuracy, if they are complete, updated and well kept, receive your data in a structured and commonly used format, withdraw your agreement to the treatment of your data and may also oppose, in whole or in part, the processing of your data and make a complain to the Authority for the protection of personal data.

You will be able to enforce your rights, through a specific registered letter to be addressed to the Data Protection Officer.
